This image is of Devon and Jeff and their Newcastle Community Hall wedding. Their full wedding party are arranged on the steps with their two children either side in the middle with them. This is the perfect sport for a wedding party photo.
This beautiful hall was built in 1923 and is a great site for your ceremony or reception. The main room has 25 foot high ceilings, coupled with the buildings design from the 20's era makes for a beautiful venue.
This photo was treated with a slightly muted colour palette to match the age of Newcastle Community Hall and give the feeling of history while retaining the modern look of the gorgeous couple and their wedding party.
The front of the hall faces on to King Street in Newcastle, so you can be sure the wedding party received a ton of beeps of congratulations from motorists passing by, as well as the people of Newcastle out for a walk.
When posing a wedding party together it's usually much easier than trying to coral the family, which I'll usually employ a couple of key family members to help us do. My second photographer will usually help line people up in a modern way that doesn't look like those stoic poses of olden times, as is my mantra, Timeless. Romantic, Beautiful.
If you're looking for a classy venue for your Southern Ontario Wedding make sure you check out Newcastle Town Hall. There's a few more images on my site taken from this venue, feel free to browse the gallery.
